"Tyler Perry’s Madea Goes to Jail" Teaser Trailer

Tyler Perry continues his quest to rule the movie universe with Tyler Perry’s Madea Goes to Jail. Now it’s got a teaser trailer, and I have to say, it looks pretty funny. I’m going to have to sit down sometime and watch the entire Tyler Perry collection.

After a high-speed freeway chase puts Madea (Tyler Perry) in front of the judge, her anger management issues land her smack-dab in jail. Her eccentric family members — the Browns — rally behind her, lending their special brand of support.

Directed, written and produced by Tyler Perry (see what I mean?), this movie also stars Keshia Knight Pulliam (Rudy Huxtable!), Derek Luke, and Keke Palmer. In theaters Feb. 20, 2009.
