"Twilight" Sequels Get a Writer

It’s no secret that “Twilight” is the most anticipated movie not only this year, but possibly ever!

Summit Entertainment is banking on that, and has already picked a writer, Melissa Rosenberg, for the next two movies in the vampire series, “New Moon” and “Eclipse,” based on the books by Stephenie Meyer.

The fourth book, “Breaking Dawn,” doesn’t have a writer yet. Maybe they want to see how the next two movies go before moving forward on the fourth — like they’ll be anything less than stellar! Even if the movies themselves aren’t that great, the fan base is dedicated enough to see them anyway.

“Twilight” also became No. 1 on the Billboard 200 this week, becoming the third No. 1 soundtrack this year after “Juno” and “Mamma Mia!”
