Traverse City Film Festival: Sell, Exchange, Give Away Tickets Here
July 28, 2008 by Jane Boursaw
The Traverse City Film Festival starts this week, and I’ve been getting a few notes from folks wanting tickets to sold-out shows or having extra tickets to give away or sell. So here’s a spot where we can all connect with each other and sell, exchange, or give away tickets.
Or beg for tickets to a sold-out show! In my case, I’d love a ticket to The Grocer’s Son, if anyone has an extra. Email me at jboursaw@charter.net.
I also have THREE extra tickets to the Madonna simulcast at the Traverse City Opera House on Saturday, August 2, at 8 p.m. While she’ll be making an appearance at the State Theater that same night, folks at the Opera House will see her via live feed, as she introduces her documentary I Am Because We Are. Email me or leave a note in the comments section if you’re interested in these.
Ok, feel free to talk amongst yourselves! Be sure to leave a valid email address in your note in the comments section, so folks can connect with you.

Received this note from Karla this morning:
We have two tickets we’re looking to sell to “Man on Wire” at the State Theatre Saturday at 2:45. Show is currently sold out. Contact us at sterlings@chartermi.net if you’re interested.
The Madonna tickets are gone!
The “Man on Wire” tickets are gone, as well!
I have two tickets for 3:00 Saturday to either sell or swap. I have two tickets for The Lemon Tree (at Opera House) and Entre nos (at State). Will sell or swap either pair.
