"Transformers 2" Cast Buzz

Blogs are a-buzzin’ with Transformers 2 casting news. At one point, Judd Apatow regular Jonah Hill was in talks to star as Shia LaBeouf’s sidekick in the movie (hmmm…nope, can’t see it).
But now Entertainment Weekly’s Hollywood Insider Blog notes, “Transformers 2 negotiations between Jonah Hill and DreamWorks have broken down, and the Superbad star is no longer expected to play a sidekick to Shia LaBeouf in the upcoming sequel.”
Instead, Hill might be featured in the upcoming Night at the Museum 2.
Director Michael Bay confirmed the reports on his official blog, saying, “No, we have stopped negotiating with Jonah, and Teresa Palmer was not considered for a role.”
While Palmer won’t be in the sequel, another Aussie blond beauty will be. Meissner Management lists their client Isabel Lucas (pictured) as having been cast in the role of Alice in Transformers 2.
