Tim Allen Sued Over "Wild Hogs"

November 3, 2008 by Jane Boursaw

wildhogsposter A Florida-based production company is suing Tim Allen over his 2007 movie, “Wild Hogs.” They claim he stole the idea from them.

The legal documents accuse Allen (under his real name, Timothy Allen Dick -  yes, that’s his real name) and his Boxing Cat production company of basing the motorcycle gang movie on a script pitched to him by Battle One in 1999.

Battle One is demanding $25,000 in damages, as well as attorney fees and costs, according to TMZ.com. That’s ALL? Doesn’t that seem like nothing in the show biz world? Hmmm, too weird.
