"The Eye" Teaser Trailer and Preview

Jessica Alba will be appearing in the remake of the Japanese film, "The Eye" and I am just not feeling this one. "The Ring" (2002) and "The Grudge" (2004) scared audiences and almost justified the remakes (I prefer the Japanese versions) but "Dark Water" (2005) may have been an example of why it might be time to leave well enough alone.
Jessica Alba is barely believable to me in the trailer so I’m not sure if she’s going to be able to carry this movie.
It premieres on February 1, 2008.

Some months ago I wrote that I think it was good that Jessica Alba got the lead role instead of Renee Zellweger as it was first thought when it was still an Paramount project.
But I might have gotten second thoughts on this, but time will tell if she can pull it of or not.
