Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner break up!
December 29, 2009 by Jane Boursaw
Well, darn. Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner were such a cute couple, but it looks like they’ve broken up. A source told Us Magazine that the pair is officially over, because there just wasn’t any chemistry. On the plus side, this news probably makes a lot of young guys and girls really happy. Happy New Year to all those folks!
It’s funny because Lautner was just on “Saturday Night Live” in December, and his opening monologue involved a skit where he defended Swift on the Kanye West debacle. But it sounds like they might have been kaput even before that. …read more
Taylor Lautner headed for ‘Cancun’
December 18, 2009 by Jane Boursaw
Everyone’s favorite werewolf Taylor Lautner has another film with Summit Entertainment coming up. It will be interesting to see him in something other than the “Twilight” franchise. I’m sure he’s up to the task, though, and all of those stars have to establish or re-establish themselves in other roles.
“Cancun” follows an out-of-place college kid who travels with a girl to Cancun on break. While there, the girl and her friends are taken hostage by a drug cartel, and he’s forced to save them.
The film will make the most of Lautner’s martial arts skills, which he displayed on “Saturday Night Live” …read more
The Twilight Saga: New Moon – Favorite Quotes
November 29, 2009 by Jane Boursaw
Got a favorite quote from “The Twilight Saga: New Moon”? There were plenty of great lines in the movie, either funny, dramatic, romantic or sometimes all of the above.
Some of the best are between Jacob and Bella, which I guess isn’t that surprising, since much of the movie was centered on them.
Here are a few of my favorite quotes. Feel free to add yours in the comments below, and read my full story on Moviefone.
Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) (to Bella): "You’re my only reason to stay … alive. If that’s what I am."
Edward: "The Volturi are the closest …read more

November 25, 2009 by Jane Boursaw
It’s always fun to see what goes on behind the scenes of a photo shoot. Here’s the scoop on the “Men’s Health” cover shoot of Taylor Lautner, a.k.a. Jacob Black the werewolf in “The Twilight Saga: New Moon.” It’s funny to see all the little things they put him through to get those shots – they literally have him jumping through hoops.

Pattinson, Stewart and Lautner on Jimmy Kimmel Live
November 23, 2009 by Jane Boursaw
“New Moon” fever continues, especially now that the movie is finally in theaters across the country.
Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner showed up on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last week to talk vampires, werewolves, and all that fan furor. Of course, the audience went as wild as every other audience who sees this trio anywhere. They really are handsome people, aren’t they?

The stars of “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” partied at the after-party last week. Some of them looked super dapper (Taylor Lautner), while others had that “is it over yet?” look (Kristen Stewart). Here’s my take on what the New Moon stars were thinking when these photos were taken.
Kristen Stewart: “My hair is so high.”

Review: The Twilight Saga: New Moon
November 21, 2009 by Jane Boursaw
Movie: The Twilight Saga: New Moon * Trailer * Official Site * Gecko Links
In Theaters: Nov. 20, 2009
Runtime: 130 minutes
Directed by: Chris Weitz
MPAA Rating: PG-13 for some violence and action
Gecko Rating:
I was a little dismayed when I saw that Roger Ebert had given “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” only one star, but I can sort of see where he’s coming from. In terms of overall production, “New Moon” might not be the best movie ever made, but it’s romantic, continues the story beautifully from the first movie (“Twilight”), and sets things up nicely for the third film, …read more

Taylor Lautner: Chris Weitz was always supportive
November 17, 2009 by Jane Boursaw
Before it was confirmed that Taylor Lautner would return as Jacob Black in “The Twilight Saga: New Moon,” there were some dark times at the end of 2008. But he says he tried to focus on things he could control, rather than being sucked into the black hole of what was going on.
"Chris [Weitz] was always extremely supportive and I was glad to have him behind me," Lautner says. He is such a cutie! And I’m like some lovelorn Twi-hard teeny-bopper!
“New Moon” hits theaters in three days. Have you got your tickets? I do!
