My mom is the biggest “Star Trek” fan I know, so we grew up watching the original series, and then every series that came after it. Out of all the shows and movies, I have a soft spot for “Star Trek: The Next Generation.” I know those characters the best, and Wil Wheaton (Wesley Crusher) has even become a friend (We’re friends, aren’t we, Wil? A third trailer for "Star Trek" will be in theaters March 6, airing before "Watchmen."
The trailer, which features brand new footage, will also be online on Apple.com Trailers in HD on the morning of March 9, and on the official "Star Trek" site.
The movie opens in theaters on May 8, 2009. Are you psyched?

There’s a new "Star Trek" spot airing during today’s Super Bowl. But in case you don’t want to sit through the game to watch it, here it is below. It’s mostly stuff we’ve seen before, but includes a few new bits, too. The movie hits theaters May 8, 2009, and it’s definitely at the top of my movie excitement list!

The full trailer for “Star Trek” hits theaters next week in front of “Quantum of Solace.” To me, that’ll be just as exciting as seeing Bond!
