We all know the classic Charles Dickens tale about the crotchety Ebenezer Scrooge who’s visited by three ghosts who make him see the light. There’s really nothing new to tell here, but it’s the WAY the story is told that makes it seem fresh and new in our eyes. This animated, 3D version of “Disney’s A Christmas Carol” does indeed bring new life to the story.

Trailer for Disney’s A Christmas Carol with Jim Carrey

The sparring couple have two kids, 16-year-old Hopper Hack and 18-year-old Dylan Francis. The custody applies only to Hopper, though.
Really, it’s about time these two called it quits. They first filed for divorce back in 2007, but reconciled a …read more
Burton, Zemeckis, Kosinski storm 3D panel at Comic-Con 2009
July 24, 2009 by Jane Boursaw
Do these guys look like characters out of "The Usual Suspects" or what? It’s actually directors Tim Burton, Robert Zemeckis and Joe Kosinski at Comic-Con 2009.
They were present for the First-Ever 3D panel featuring Disney’s "A Christmas Carol," "Alice in Wonderland" (watch the teaser trailer here), and "Tron Legacy" on July 23, 2009 at the San Diego Convention Center. Ok, we’ll go with that.
