Star Trek – Trailer 3 Offers a Few More Clues

My mom is the biggest “Star Trek” fan I know, so we grew up watching the original series, and then every series that came after it. Out of all the shows and movies, I have a soft spot for “Star Trek: The Next Generation.” I know those characters the best, and Wil Wheaton (Wesley Crusher) has even become a friend (We’re friends, aren’t we, Wil? Did you get the Guinness I FedEx’d to your house?). 

Needless to say, I’m really looking forward to the upcoming “Star Trek” movie, and seeing director J.J. Abrams’ vision of how it all began. “Star Trek” arrives in theaters at warp speed on May 8, 2009.  The cast includes Chris Pine (Capt. Kirk), Zachary Quinto (Spock), Simon Pegg (Scotty), Karl Urban (Bones), John Cho (Sulu), Zoe Saldana (Uhura) and Anton Yelchin (Chekov). Leonard Nimoy makes an appearance, as well.
