Star Trek Pushed Back to 2009!!!

Nooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!! Paramount has announced that the new “Star Trek” movie is being pushed back from the planned December 25, 2008 release to May 8, 2009. They are saying that the movie will make more money that way. So much for my Christmas gift to myself (okay, I’m joking… a little).
I have gone through so much preparation for this! I’ve made my family start watching the movies with me again as a countdown and refresher. My two eldest are old enough to be interested but I want them to know the history of the series.
Well, it’s not cancelled so I can calm down. I’ve waited all this time for a new “Star Trek” film so I guess five extra months isn’t so bad.
