"Righteous Kill" Preview & Trailer

“Nothing wrong with a little shooting, as long as the right people get shot,” says Robert De Niro’s character in Righteous Kill.
The film opens in theaters Sept. 12, 2008, and looks like it’ll be this year’s The Departed. Gritty, intense, and featuring De Niro and Al Pacino, I’m seriously psyched about this movie.

They play two veteran New York City detectives, working to to identify the possible connection between a recent murder and a case they believe they solved years ago. Or did they? Is there a serial killer on the loose, and did they put the wrong person behind bars?
Directed by Jon Avnet, this film is not yet rated, but I think we can pretty much guarantee an R rating. Also stars Carla Gugino, John Leguizamo, Donnie Wahlberg, 50 Cent, and Brian Dennehy. Check out the trailer:
