Here are some pictures from the red carpet at tonight’s 80th Academy Awards ceremony. I’m so glad the writers’ strike ended in time – it’s great to see some Hollywood glamor! Everyone looks so good! John Travolta’s hair looked a little weird, though. Like it was sprayed on or something.
I’m sorry, but Jennifer Hudson’s dress…the top of it looks like a hand bag (emphasis on the bag). Look at the top of it and tell me the bust part doesn’t look like the bag and the part going around her neck is the handle. She’s so lovely, but this dress doesn’t work.

Kris – SO agree with you on Jennifer Hudson’s dress. Just not right.
I loved Jennifer’s dress.
I think she looks great in white.
