Movie Preview: Iron Man (2008)
Iron Man is set to be released in 2008 and I am really excited. It follows the life of Tony Stark, a man who, following an accident, is forced to create a life support suit to stay alive. Ultimately, he decides to use the technology to fight crime.
I am a sucker for comics-turned-movies, though I hated "The Hulk" and "The Fantastic Four." I think the main problem with those movies was the acting/cast. Before you become irate, hear me out! I’m not saying Eric Bana, Jessica Alba or anyone else are bad actors, I’m just saying that I think Robert Downey Jr., Terrence Howard, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jeff Bridges and Samuel L. Jackson (among others) have a *little* more potential (okay, a LOT more potential). Plus, I think the trailer looks great.
The movie is set to be released on May 2, 2008!

I love the Iron Man trailer. It’s great that they actually used the song, because if they hadn’t, everyone would have been hearing it play in their heads anyway.
