More Live-Action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on the Way – POLL

Another live-action Turtle movie? Say it ain’t so. I barely made it through the last one.

I’d heard rumors a while back that the next Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie would be live-action. Alas, it’s been confirmed.

TMNT creator Kevin Eastman writes via the Heavy Metal Forums that it’s true and that Imagi is trying to do a re-invention or reboot rather than a sequel.

You know, I think they should just let the turtles rest. They had their day in the sun. Kids were crazy about them back in the day, but really… Let it go, people. Move on. Stop trying to reboot, remake or re-invent things whose day has come and gone.
