Miley Cyrus, a.k.a. Hannah Montana, is one of the featured interviews on the annual pre-Oscar “Barbara Walters Special,” Sunday, 7 p.m., on ABC. Others interviewed: Oscar nominee Ellen Page (”Juno”), actor Harrison Ford, and actress Vanessa Williams (”Ugly Betty”).
