"Kit Kittredge" Preview & Trailer

Produced by Julia Roberts, this film tells the story of Kit Kittredge (Abigail Breslin), a young girl living in the midst of the Great Depression. 10-year-old Kit lives in a boarding house her parents own in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has a passion for writing, and dreams of having something published in the local paper someday. With the help of her friends, Sterling and Ruthie, that dream just might come true. Sounds like a very sweet movie, and I look forward to seeing it. 

Directed Patricia Rozema, this movie is rated G and is scheduled to hit theaters in limited release tomorrow, June 20, 2008. Also stars Julia Ormond, Chris O’Donnell, Jane Krakowski, Wallace Shawn, Max Thieriot, Zach Mills, and Madison Davenport. Official Site
