Katherine Heigl to Star in "Drawn Together"

Katherine Heigl is set to star in a new action-comedy, Drawn Together, with she and her mom producing under their company, Abishag. (I looked it up — apparently, Abishag is a beautiful girl from the Hebrew Bible who was a servant to David in his old age).)

Keith Merryman and David A. Newman, who penned the film “Outsourced,” will write the script, with Fox 200 Pictures distributing the film. Though plot details are sketchy, the movie will center on an electronics designer who meets his true love. Only she’s not who she seems to be.

That sounds like the plot of a zillion romantic comedies, doesn’t it? What do you bet she’ll turn out to be a spy or cat burglar or something. You heard it here first.
