Bryan Singer Confirmed to Direct "Superman"
March 11, 2008 by Jane Boursaw
Warner Brothers has confirmed that Bryan Singer is returning to direct “Superman: Man of Steel,” scheduled for a 2009 release.
Brandon Routh, who played the superhero in 2006’s “Superman Returns” has already been confirmed as returning to the role.
The script has been rumored to be moving into the hands of Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman, the duo who brought us “Transformers.”
Nothing confirmed on that, but the two have reportedly been meeting with Warner Brothers to discuss the project.
I loved “Superman Returns,” probably more than most avid “Superman” fans and critics, who thought the movie fell a little flat. Can’t wait for this movie, especially with Bryan Singer at the helm.

I did not like Superman Returns. I do like Bryan Singer but i think the movies was just okay.
Missing greatness and i dont like that you can see scenes are computer mades and not real. It looked better in the old films when reeve was flying now you can see Routh is almost computer maid. I just dont understand why the want it like this. Its fake to look at and its totally frustrating that the producers and directors in hollywood is happy with it. Please find a way we dont want to see fake computer effects.
