AWFUL. OMG. Fat. Dull. Can’t even dance anymore. Already knew she couldn’t sing - can’t lip sync either. Disgusting. Yuck.

i have only seen snipits from this performance as here in the uk its not on till 9pm 2nite on mtv . but it looks bad , although her makeup actually looks good . i hear 50 cent had a confused look on his face wen he saw this performance lol i look fwd 2 watchin it in full 2nite x
This is the thing: she is not fat. She’s just not 16 anymore. And she clearly doesn’t take care of herself. If she had worn something more appropriate, we’d just be commenting on how stoned she was…
What the hell is wrong with you people. Don’t you people have lives.Your walking around calling this young lady fat. Oh! I’m sorry mother of two. Are you trying to turn young ladies and woman of America into anorexics? Lets see any of you critics do any better if you were in her shoes. That’s what I thought! Give the woman a break! She is just starting her career over. It takes time. Lets see you go through a divorce and become a single mom all of a sudden. To make things worse you have everyone in the world watching you and passing judgement on your every move. Come on people lets put you under a microscope and see what we find.I’m sure it would be a lot worse than Ms. Spears’s life. So step the F*** OFF!!!!!!

I agree that there’s no point in calling her fat - in fact, I said that I don’t think she is. But I also think she should have worn something more appropriate considering that she isn’t 16 anymore. Dressing for an awards show is not putting yourself under a microscope. She knew that she was going to be in front of millions of people and she chose to do it.
As to being judged? She has way put herself out there with her extremely bad behaviour. I think it’s important to note that there are celebs who don’t attract that kind of attention (Mandy Moore, Hillary Duff, Raven Symone, Brandy) because they carry themselves in a different way.
Quite frankly, while I don’t think that it helps to have the masses cringe, it might help if some of her friends (if she has any left) gave her a dose of reality. She was clearly on something during that performance. It wasn’t nerves, it was drugs. And exactly so that her children DO have a mother who is still around, someone should say something to her.

well, shes human and being human we made mistakes…so what if she performs very ill, shes sad and sick…. everyone mark her as a great performer…just think of this…she dont want to please everyone…shes sick i think so we have to help her
I don’t think she is fat but that outfit definantely wasn’t a good choice. I had been looking forward to her perfomance because I was convinced that she would have a great comeback. I feel sorry for her and hope the comeback will come eventually - I know I will buy her cd. This performance was an absolute catastrophe though. Her eyes couldn’t even focus…

i dont think britney was fat and dances not good. But what i can say is that she still ROCKS!!! despite that fact that she was rehabed for several time and she was front page of every tabliod, magazines and every news paper all over the world. She has the gutts to show that she is still alive and still shows what she was before. AND I DONT THINK SHE SHOULD BE BLAMED ALL, SHE EARNED OF WHAT SHE IS NOW, UNLIKE PARIS HILTON WHO WAS THE HEIRESS OF THE HOTEL CHAIN THEY HAD AND KEVIN F. I HATE HIM HE’S I THINK A GOLD DIGGER.
