88 Minutes: Preview & Trailer

image “88 Minutes” hits theaters this Friday, April 18, 2008. Al Pacino (pictured, with director Jon Avnet) stars as Jack Gramm, a successful forensic psychiatrist and college professor in Seattle.

On the eve of the execution of Jon Forster (Neal McDonough) — whom Jack helped sentence to death row — Jack receives a phone call telling him he only has 88 minutes to live.

At the same time, a killer is copycatting Jon and being investigated by the Seattle Slayer Task Force. With the support of his former wife and associate Shelly Barnes (Amy Brenneman), friend Frank Parks (William Forsythe)and assistant Kim Cummings (Alicia Witt), Jack investigate some weird and problematic students, a security guard on campus, and the woman with whom he had one night stand.
